Job Responsibilities:

• Familiar with quality, Healthy & Security related standards in Europe cooperate with HQ to customize the engineering quality and HSE solution for ZTE customer in Europe.
• Build up project quality & HSE assurance mechanism and procedures, coordinate with customer and responsible for the project implementation of Quality, Health and Safety, Environment obligations.
• Have daily responsibility for Quality, HSE management matters both prior to and during the performance of the Services and delivery of Deliverables, including KPI decomposition and performance evaluation.
• Train staffs who work long time in Europe for engineering quality management, HSE. Infuse and fulfil the quality sense and protection actions.
• Audit the process of quality, HSE regularly. Track and Monitor the performance of each index and give the guide/suggestion for the project team.
• Perform risk assessment for engineering quality, HSE of project, provide suggestions or actions to project team on how to avoid or decrease those risks.
• Collect customer’s feedback regularly, assess the customer’s satisfaction index, work out and fulfil the feasible improvement actions.
• Summarize and share the good experiences or lessons of engineering project regularly in project quality management, environment, health & safety.

Qualifications

• Several years experience of engineering quality, service quality, HSE, especially has experience of wireless project implementation.
• Degree/diploma in telecommunications or business related discipline
• Good at the quality related standards such as TL9000, ISO14000, OHSAS18000, etc.
• Strong background of quality/HSE planning, quality/HSE assurance and quality/ HSE improvement.
• Demonstrated quality/HSE management experience, work experience with Tier 1 telecom operators is preferred.
• Strong management experience and ability to co-ordinate with various departments and stakeholders at all levels in a professional manner
• Ability to work in an intercultural environment
• Fluent German and English (verbal and written)
