GSM Wireless Solution Director

Location: Shanghai

Your tasks:

Takes charge of after-sales technology research planning of GSM products, leads the research of specific subjects, and outputs corresponding research results;
Tracks and analyzes the most effective technical solutions and practical cases in the industry, provides requirement description and implementation guidance for corresponding product research and development of our company;
Consults on and solves technical problems related to wireless network, participates in technical solution guidance and verification;
Acts as a contact person with research and development department, perform troubleshooting and tracks product requirements, assists in product improvement and optimization;
Discusses technical solution of wireless network with high-end customers, influences customer decision-making, and promotes products and services.

Your profile:

Proficient in the principles of wireless communication, gets a thorough knowledge of RF, signaling, parameters and protocols;
Processes over five years of work experience in wireless network, used to work on the large-scale network with over 500 sites;
Used to work as a team leader in an established company in the industry, has profound knowledge in the similarities and differences as well as advantages and disadvantages of the planning and optimization methods, flows and tools in the industry;
Processes experience and has outstanding performance in RF, system architecture, system emulation, wireless performance, etc.;
Processes experience in 2G/3G cooperative optimization;
Processes experience in the projects of international operators or large-scale Turnkey projects;
Is capable to communicate in English (with fluent oral communication and proper writing skills).
