    Key Operator Sales Director Terminal


    Location: Germany

    Reporting to:  Sales Director Terminal





    • Responsible for managing key accounts , maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximising sales opportunities within key operators, responsible for the revenue and profit target
    • Collect the relevant market information concerning Terminal and MBB product;
    • Visit customers and analyze customers’ needs,prepare the GTM plan together with Marketing Dept.
    • Coordinate internal resource allocation and feasibility studies for potential projects;
    • Organize and execute activities, such as communication conference with customers;
    • Evaluate company capabilities to meet customer needs;
    • Lead tender proposal and relevant documents preparation based on the customers’ request for proposal (RFP) ;
    • Determine project scope together with technical and project management departments based on an understanding of customers’ requirements, submit the tender proposals; participate in contract negotiation



    The candidate:


    • Minimum 10 years sales and marketing experience in the telecommunications industry
    • Work experience in telecom, either with tie one telecom vendors or operators
    • Excellent knowledge and understanding of telecommunication operators
    • Strong technical understanding of smart phone or MBB technologies
    • Good networking and relationship management skills, target driven and results focused 
    • Experience of working with different cultures in complex environments, working in virtual teams
    • Good interpersonal skills and Ability to succeed in an ever changing environment
    • Highly flexible, organized and effective time manager
    • English & German must be business level
